Administrative Project Assistant

Virtuoease is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and professional Administrative Project Assistant to join our remote team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, client-focused environment and enjoys a mix of administrative support and light creative tasks.


You will be the right hand to our operations, ensuring smooth communication, task follow-ups, and consistent client experiences.

Full-Time | Work From Home

Rate

$6–$8 CAD/hour (based on experience)

Hours

35–40 hours per week

Schedule

Monday to Friday, fixed weekends off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend client meetings on camera via Zoom
  • Make and receive professional client calls
  • Manage and respond to emails and text communications
  • Handle minor graphic design tasks (such as greeting cards or simple visuals)
  • Support in light project management – track tasks, follow up on deadlines, and help keep projects moving

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communicator (verbal and written English)
  • Friendly, organized, and highly dependable
  • Comfortable on video and presenting professionally
  • Tech-savvy and confident with remote tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, Canva)
  • Creative with a keen eye for detail and deadlines
  • Self-motivated, takes initiative, and thrives in a remote team environment
  • Team player

  • Laptop or desktop computer with webcam and noise cancelling headset
  • Quiet, dedicated home workspace
  • Power and internet back up
  • Availability for scheduled meetings and consistent weekday hours
