Job Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple bookkeeping tasks simultaneously, including data entry, transaction recording, and reconciliations
- Process invoices, payments, and financial documents while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Track budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports
- Maintain well-organized financial records and administrative files
- Efficiently handle administrative duties such as email management, scheduling, and document organization
- Provide seamless support to the senior bookkeeper and admin, juggling priorities as needed

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping (Preferred)
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
- Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail & accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong communication skills & ability to work independently
- Experience handling administrative tasks alongside financial duties is a plus

Job Responsibilities:
- Record and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy
- Process invoices, payments, and monitor accounts receivable/payable
- Track expenses and ensure timely payments
- Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking
- Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records
- Assist in preparing documents for tax filing and audits
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in bookkeeping (Preferred)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Good time-management and organizational skills
