Monday to Friday Eastern Time Zone

(Fixed Weekends Off)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple bookkeeping tasks simultaneously, including data entry, transaction recording, and reconciliations
  • Process invoices, payments, and financial documents while ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Track budgets, monitor expenses, and prepare financial reports
  • Maintain well-organized financial records and administrative files
  • Efficiently handle administrative duties such as email management, scheduling, and document organization
  • Provide seamless support to the senior bookkeeper and admin, juggling priorities as needed

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or similar)
  • Exceptional multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail & accuracy
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Strong communication skills & ability to work independently
  • Experience handling administrative tasks alongside financial duties is a plus

Job Responsibilities:

  • Record and categorize financial transactions using QuickBooks, Xero, or similar software
  • Reconcile bank and credit card statements to ensure accuracy
  • Process invoices, payments, and monitor accounts receivable/payable
  • Track expenses and ensure timely payments
  • Prepare financial reports and assist with budget tracking
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records
  • Assist in preparing documents for tax filing and audits
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in bookkeeping (Preferred)
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
